It was our 10 year anniversary and Adrian and I wanted to do something fun since my parents were also in town and could watch the kids. We were going to go to a Broadway show since we've never been. But, it's not really thing to go see plays. We wanted something more exciting for that price. So went on a tour of NYC via the waterways. We went around all of Manhattan Island by jet ski. It took about 3 hours and was a once in a lifetime experience.
Common thing to do in summer was play with the hose.
The kids love the beach. I hardly took them because we have access to outdoor pools that we went to several times a week. I regretted not going to the beach more often during the summer. It's just tough taking the kids alone.
Malachi at a preschool session. Ended in April.
Free community event. Surprisingly, it was not crowded.
Everything died in our garden but cucumbers and tomatoes.

We'd go for walks around the block very often.

Malachi was happy and excited. Levi was not.
We would ride our bikes the half mile to school whenever the weather was nice. I would pull Maya in the bike trailer.
September trip to the Adirondacks. Took the boys out school for a couple days, even it had started just 2 weeks earlier. Can't keep these kids out of the water.
Went for a hike and despite being chili, the kids couldn't resist getting in the water to play.
Hiked to an overlook of Lake George.
Adrian took a solo trip to Mexico to see his family.
He met up with some friends from grade school.
