Levi: (7 years 7 months)
School has been good. Doesn't like doing homework. Levi tried doing Math club at school once a week in the mornings. He said it was too easy and made him really tired by the end of the school day.  Has been taking swimming lessons 3 times a week. Going well. Started at Goldfish Swim school then moved Long Island Swim School. Adrian, who is a swimmer, said they didn't teach very well in either place. Levi loves to get up and look for Benji in the mornings, our elf on the shelf. He gets up earlier than normal just to look for him. I caught him up at 4:44 am one morning looking for Benji. Funny quote from Levi: "Sometimes when I watch a movie for a long time my mouth hurts from staying closed so long." He is definitely our chatty kid.

Malachi: (5 years 9 months)
Enjoys Kindergarten. The teacher said he is the "best" reader in the class. I guess those reading lessons we did paid off. Has been sick a couple times lately. Also taking swim lessons.

Maya: (2 years 9 months)
Talking well. I asked her why she is so sweet and she said " Cause I want presents". When I put her to bed she always has me sing "Twinkle, Twinkle little Star" and "You are my Sunshine".

Tammy:
Same old routine of taking care of the kids. Trying to exercise consistently to improve my mood. Working on my 30 hours of Nursing credits to renew my license.

Adrian:
Been moonlighting every Saturday.

Thanksgiving 2018:
All of our friends who we usually get together with for holidays had other plans. So it was just our family.  We played Mario Kart all morning. We went out to lunch at the restaurant Season's 52. The meal was OK. They had all the traditional food, it just didn't taste the same as when family cooks it. Then we took the kids to the movie theatre to see the new Grinch movie. It was an enjoyable day.

We have plans in June to go find housing in Colorado right before we move.
